Our members from the greater Lakeland area strive to follow Rotary International's motto of "service above self." We are involved in local, national, and international services projects. Locally we have helped fund community projects like the kitchen at the 70 West ball park pavilion and Minocqua's Veteran's Park. We also support many endeavor's at our schools such as Interact, college scholarships, students of the month, and inbound and outbound exchange students. Internationally we've built playgrounds in Taiwain, helped fund clean water in the Dominican Republic, and provide food and shelter for people in need.
Rotarians work to follow the 4-way test in all that they do:
Is it the truth?
Is it fair to all concerned?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Does it build goodwill and better friendships?
